the hilarious hullaballoo and get fit while you do.
A high-energy cardio party guaranteed to lift your mood and increase your smile. The lively, gestural nature of go-go dancing naturally appeals to kids and adults alike. You will learn the greatest fad dances of history and enjoy the exciting (and sometimes ludicrous) art of go-go dancing in a fun, social environment.
Bust a move with your baby strapped on or your toddler twisting beside you.
Go-Go Mama classes are suitable for everyone. Bring your mum’s group. Bring
your mum. Bring your great uncle’s nephew and his kids!
All ages and stages are welcome. Two left feet encouraged.

Your talented and fabulous instructor
The Go-Go Mama Dance classes will be taught by the multi-talented, hilarious and brilliant, Gabi Barton. Gabi started dancing at the age of 5 and has not stopped since. An avid dancer and choreographer, she has graced stages across the globe, performing her unique brand of absurd, comedic dance in a range of award winning productions, festivals and events. Gabi has had the pleasure of sharing her dance skills with a vast range of people and run countless workshops for children and adults alike.
The backstory
Having first go-go danced together in high school (a very long time ago),
Anna and Gabi have been dancing ever since, and they are united in their
belief anyone can learn and enjoy dancing, even total uncos! They are deeply
committed to sharing their passion for dance with as many and varied members
of the community as possible.
Dancing is for everyone, not just for Christmas!
